Zachary Miller
Zachary Miller is a managing partner of California Property Law Group. Zach has extensive experience in the field of Real Estate specializing in landlord tenant law.
Zachary Miller is a proud alumnus of the University of California, Santa Barbara and University of Minnesota Law School. Since moving back to California, he has worked on thousands of eviction cases throughout the pendency of the pandemic.
He convinced trial court judges to see through the unlawful CDC moratorium – a position that was eventually confirmed by the United States Supreme Court in Alabama Ass’n of Realtors v. Dept. of Health and Human Services.
He has been at the forefront of landlord-tenant litigation in Los Angeles County, interpreting and litigating over the Los Angeles County Tenant Protections Resolution, the COVID-19 Rental Housing Recover Act, Pasadena’s Rent Control Charter Amendment, and most recently the Just Cause for Eviction Ordinance in the City of Los Angeles.
In his free time, Zachary Miller collects antique coins, donates platelets biweekly, and has seen 20 of the 34 paintings firmly attributed to Johannes Vermeer. He can frequently be found holding shopping bags for his wife at Kinokuniya in Little Tokyo.
